Job Title: Administrative Business Partner
Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite in central London
Remuneration: £26.92 per hour
Contract Details: 6 months - 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Our client is seeking an Administrative Business Partner (ABP) to provide essential administrative support, including travel management, expense reporting, calendar management, and facilities coordination. The successful candidate will navigate ambiguity with strong judgement and discretion while fostering effective communication within the team and with external parties. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing meetings for executives and teams, ensuring all logistics, materials, and attendee lists are accurate and aligned with meeting agendas. 📅
- Advocating for office space needs and managing requests for accommodations while liaising with internal partners. 🏢
- Scheduling and updating calendar events, resolving conflicts, and optimising time allocation for supported executives and teams. 📆
- Planning and organising site activities focused on culture, community affairs, and strategic initiatives with guidance. 🤝
- Coordinating internal and external programmes and events, including budget management and logistics, while ensuring compliance with policies. 🎉
- Executing small to medium-scale projects/events, determining corrective actions for risks with minimal assistance. 📊
- Managing travel coordination tasks, including scheduling and pre-travel preparation, while remaining on-call for urgent requests. ✈️
- Executing expense and budget management activities, including completing expense reports and processing invoices. 💼
