About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional organisation, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, including international travel where required.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and follow up on key actions and deliverables.
  • Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
  • Act as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior leaders.
  • Process and manage expense claims, ensuring timely submission and reimbursement.
  • Support business operations by understanding key financial processes and priorities.
  • Coordinate special projects and support the implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Provide administrative and organisational support across multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Identify urgent issues, prioritise effectively, and take appropriate action when required.

About You

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates sound judgement, attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
