Location & working arrangement

Nuneaton, United Kingdom

This is a full time, hybrid role based in Nuneaton, with a minimum of two days per week in the office and travel to London as required.

Supporting a senior Executive means there will occasionally be moments when flexibility outside usual working hours is needed, for example around Board meetings, key events or an urgent, time sensitive issue. We want working patterns to be sustainable, with flexibility and balance in return.

This is a high impact Executive Assistant opportunity supporting our Chief Financial Officer at the heart of a fast moving and changing business.

You will do far more than manage a diary. You will create space, bring order to competing priorities, solve problems before they escalate and use your judgement to keep things moving.

Our CFO works at pace, stays close to the detail and values people who can think ahead and act with confidence. You will need to know when to take ownership, when to challenge constructively and when something genuinely needs Executive input.

The Role

  • Own and actively manage a complex Executive diary, balancing priorities, preparation time, travel and changing business needs
  • Anticipate meetings, information and decisions the CFO will need and make sure everything is ready at the right time
  • Act as a trusted point of contact, using judgement to manage access, urgency and senior stakeholder requests
  • Take ownership of urgent or ambiguous problems, find the right people and drive issues through to resolution
  • Coordinate Board activity, senior meetings, events and UK and international travel, as required
  • Build strong relationships across our Executive and Assistant communities and with senior external stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Head of CFO Office so priorities, information and Executive support stay joined up
  • Support and develop the Team Assistant, creating effective cover and a strong support partnership

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
