Location & working arrangement
We offer hybrid working, with an expectation that you'll be present at our Holland & Barrett office in Nuneaton for a minimum of 2 days per week. You'll also travel to our London office as required.
This is an opportunity to work at the heart of Holland & Barrett's growth agenda, supporting our Chief Growth Officer across a fast-moving, international and omnichannel business.
You'll provide proactive, trusted executive support that helps create focus, momentum and connection across the Growth function. From managing complex priorities to coordinating senior stakeholders across markets and time zones, you'll play an important role in helping our leadership team move key priorities forward.
The Role
- Own a complex and changing diary, prioritising commitments and protecting time for high-value strategic activity.
- Coordinate senior meetings across functions, markets and time zones, including agendas, papers, presentations and follow-up actions.
- Manage domestic and international travel, creating detailed itineraries and responding quickly when plans change.
- Prepare and quality-check briefing materials, presentations and meeting documentation.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for Executive, senior leadership and international stakeholders.
- Track decisions and actions to help maintain momentum across key priorities.
- Coordinate Growth leadership events, off-sites and selected strategic projects.
- Manage expenses, invoices, purchase orders and confidential information accurately and securely.

The Person
- Experience providing dedicated PA or EA support to an Executive or C-suite leader in a complex, fast-paced organisation.
- Experience with in a large organisation
- Experience managing complex diaries, senior-level meetings and international travel.
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and forward planning.
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication.
- Sound judgement, discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and virtual collaboration tools.
- The ability to build trusted relationships and work effectively across functions and cultures.
