Role Description

The Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff will provide comprehensive support to C-level executives in a full-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex calendars
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Coordinating travel
  • Handling inbox and communication management
  • Preparing reports and presentations
  • Conducting research
  • Helping executives prioritize tasks and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

  • Strong executive support skills, including calendar management, travel coordination, and inbox and communication management.
  • Experience in project coordination or Chief of Staff-type responsibilities, such as tracking priorities, preparing briefings, and ensuring follow-through on key initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, clients, and partners.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders in a remote environment.
  • Comfort with digital tools, productivity software, and AI-enabled solutions, with a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, feedback, and professional development.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Prior experience supporting C-level executives or in a similar remote Executive Assistant role is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Availability to support executives across time zones as needed and maintain reliable internet connectivity for remote work.
