We’re Hiring | Executive Coordinator (Part-Time)

📍 Bromley, Kent
⏰ 16 Hours per Week

Dream Housing is growing, and we’re looking for a highly organised, motivated, and proactive Executive Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our expanding property business.

This isn’t just another admin role. You’ll work closely with the Director and become an integral part of the business, helping keep everything running smoothly while learning every aspect of the property industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • General administration and executive support
  • Managing diaries, emails and appointments
  • Learning and using COHO property management software
  • Processing tenant referencing through HomeLet and other referencing portals
  • Preparing tenancy paperwork and compliance documents
  • Assisting with lettings, property management and sales administration
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers
  • Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting marketing, social media and business development where required
  • Handling confidential information with professionalism

What we’re looking for:

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong IT skills and confidence learning new software
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • A willingness to learn and develop within the property industry
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred, but attitude and work ethic are just as important.
