Responsibilities
- Provide proactive, highly organised and commercially aware executive support to the CEO, acting as a trusted partner in the effective management of priorities, commitments and business objectives.
- Support the effective co-ordination of Toyota Insurance UK leadership meetings, management forums, workshop and strategic reviews.
- Stakeholder and relationship management. Serving as a professional and effective interface between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
- Diary, Meeting and UK and international travel management.
- Communication and content. Draft, edit and format high-quality correspondence, communications, briefing notes, presentations, reports, announcements and executive messages.
- Events and Team engagement through planning and coordinating internal meetings, leadership sessions, conferences, workshops, away days and other business events.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities on administrative processes, information flows, meeting effectiveness and executive support through introduction of practical tools, routines and ways of working that improve efficiency and visibility across the organisation.

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications
- Experience supporting a CEO, Managing Director, C-suite executive or senior leadership team in a complex corporate environment.
- Experience of operating in a role requiring high levels of confidentiality, discretion, judgement and independence.
- Experience managing complex diaries, international travel, senior meetings and multiple competing priorities.
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations, reports, correspondence and briefing materials.
- Experience working across organisational boundaries and building relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, automotive, mobility or another regulated and commercially focused environment would be advantageous.
