As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be a trusted advisor and point of contact for our UK Executives, ensuring they are fully supported and focused on strategic priorities. Your role will include calendar management, meeting coordination, and handling confidential information with absolute discretion. But it doesn’t stop there—you’ll anticipate needs, streamline workflows, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency across the business. You’ll also be responsible for preparing reports, coordinating cross-functional communications, and supporting critical projects, ensuring that every interaction reflects DAZN’s commitment to excellence.
This is a role for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and ready to influence the rhythm of the executive office, ensuring that the leadership team can operate at peak performance while driving DAZN’s ambitious global vision forward.
This role will be based on site in our Hammersmith office.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and international travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-up on actions.
- Draft and review communications on behalf of senior leadership.
- Support project timelines and key deliverables to ensure business continuity.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Build strong relationships across departments to enhance collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
