Executive Assistant in Industrial/Manufacturing Sector

As an Executive Assistant in the industrial/manufacturing sector, you'll support senior leadership with day-to-day organisation and administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Based in Inverclyde, this role is key to ensuring efficient communication, scheduling, and project coordination within the business.

This role is with a company in the industrial/manufacturing sector located in Inverclyde.

Description

  • Manage diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior leadership.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute taking.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in project coordination and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure office systems and procedures are maintained and improved where necessary.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or executive support role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Offer
