CRFS, a Motorola Solutions company, is a global pioneer in advanced radio frequency (RF) technology, specialising in cutting-edge spectrum monitoring, geolocation, and electronic warfare solutions. Headquartered in Cambridge, UK, we design and build high-performance hardware and software—such as our industry-leading RFeye ecosystem—that empowers military forces, national security agencies, and spectrum regulators to detect, analyze, and exploit RF signals in the world's most complex environments. The Senior Leadership team is responsible for driving the continued success and growth of CRFS, the world’s leading spectrum monitoring company, as well as scaling the team.
Job Description
CRFS is looking for a proactive, high-energy Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Senior Leadership Team (SLT). In this role, you will be the operational "center of gravity," ensuring that our executive functions run seamlessly. You will manage complex global logistics, facilitate high-level commercial activities, and enable the SLT to drive the vision of CRFS.

Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Calendar & Workflow Management: Managing high volume calendars, orchestrating meetings, working across time-zones to make sure our executive team are accessible and effective
- Commercial & Operational Support: Assist in monitoring KPIs, pipelines and operational tracking tools; Ensure the latest data and presentations in key meetings
- Logistics and Operational Support: Travel management and booking, project support, and expense management for the SLT
Basic Requirements
This role is hybrid with 3 days in the office at our Cambourne office.
- Experience: High calibre experience of being an EA, ideally within a global technology, defense, or high-growth engineering environment.
- Multi-Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to balance the competing priorities of multiple senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Discretion: You handle sensitive information regarding company strategy and financial targets with absolute confidentiality.
