Private Medical Executive Assistant - London / Hybrid - £60k-£65k (DoE)

We have an exceptional opportunity for a senior level Private Medical Executive Assistant (EA) to work 1:1 for a leading private medical specialist based in London, on a predominantly home working basis.

We are looking for a special individual who is detail-minded, highly organised, motivated and proactive - always one step ahead and able to anticipate needs and requirements. Experience working at senior level in the private medical sector is sought, so that you can provide slick, cohesive and highly organised medical EA support on a daily basis.

An IT/technology savvy mind is required as the Executive Assistant will be required to utilise many systems and portals and fast, accurate keyboard/audio typing skills (c60-70+ wpm) are a necessity.

The Hours:

This is a Monday to Friday role, approximately 9am - 5pm, although flexibility will be required, with the ability to take calls outside of working hours if needed.

Hybrid working is offered, with 1-2 days per week in their stunning offices in London.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Extensive 1:1 support to a leading medical specialist
  • Complex and conflicting diary management
  • Coordinating meetings, clinics and travel arrangements
  • Managing emails/inboxes and phone calls
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all business needs
  • Processing billing and invoices
  • Maintaining databases and utilising specialist medical portals
  • Undertaking research
  • Compiling documentation
  • Undertaking personal PA duties
  • And more

Key skills and experience required for this role:

  • Previous experience in Executive Assistant / Senior PA roles within the medical sector is a necessity - private medical is highly advantageous
  • Experience supporting at a senior level both professionally and personally
  • Fast and accurate touch/audio typing - c60-70+ wpm
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken (fluent English is required)
  • Solid IT skills (MS Office) with the ability to learn new systems effectively and efficiently
  • Highly organised with a truly proactive nature
  • Experienced in managing conflicting diaries
  • Travel coordination experience
  • Ability to work as a proactive gatekeeper
  • Ability to juggle a very busy workload
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to be discreet and deal with confidential and sensitive information
