Executive Assistant
Location: Bank Street, Canary Wharf
Contract: 3 months rolling
Work Setup: Onsite - 5 days in the office, 9AM-5PM
About the Role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support Managing Directors, Executive Directors and a wider banking team. The role has been created due to increased headcount and will include diary management, travel coordination and meeting support. Investment banking or financial services experience is preferred, along with the flexibility to cover other assistants during holidays and absences.

What You'll Do
- Proactively manage complex diaries, coordinating internal and external meetings, conference calls and shifting business priorities.
- Support the planning and delivery of off-sites, town halls, skip-level meetings and other team events.
- Coordinate travel, entertainment and accommodation arrangements in line with CIB and firm-wide policies.
- Facilitate timely, accurate expense processing, ensuring receipt requirements and supporting documentation are submitted correctly.
- Provide professional internal and external client support, including meeting coordination, departmental scheduling and transactional administration.
- Collaborate with Business Management, cross-line-of-business assistants and wider support teams to deliver seamless operational coverage.
- Maintain administrative controls, including distribution lists, technology access and usage, accurate data entry, reporting and information collation.

What You Bring
- At least five years' Executive Assistant experience in banking or financial services environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders and support teams.
- Advanced diary management skills, including complex global schedules, using Microsoft Outlook.
- Experience arranging complex multi-leg international travel accurately.
- Strong judgement, organisation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Professional communication skills and a polished, calm approach under pressure.
- Proactive, adaptable and detail-focused team player with strong technical skills and a willingness to provide wider team cover.
