The Opportunity

The Executive Assistant, Europe & International provides high-level executive administrative support to the President and supports the coordination of other senior leaders, enabling effective leadership operations across the European & International organization. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Executive Assistant partners closely with executive leadership to streamline administrative workflows, support cross-functional coordination, and ensure leaders are prepared, focused, and operating efficiently. This role operates in a remote environment and serves as a trusted administrative partner across leadership and key stakeholders.

Role Responsibility

So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

Executive Support

  • Act as a key partner to the President of Europe & International, Chief Commercial Officer, aligning time, focus and priorities with strategic objectives
  • Provide high-level executive administrative support to multiple senior leaders, including complex calendar management, scheduling across time zones, and executive time optimization.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and manage related expense reporting.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and supporting documentation.
  • Manage a high volume of ad hoc and time-sensitive requests with accuracy, discretion, and follow-through.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and sound judgment.
  • Anticipate requirements, proactively address conflicts, and enable effective forward planning

Leadership Support & Coordination

  • Support leadership effectiveness through coordination of leadership meetings, preparation of materials, and logistical support.
  • Partner with executives and other administrative professionals to ensure consistent preparation, follow-up, and communication related to leadership activities.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders seeking executive coordination or administrative support.
  • Support leadership priorities by anticipating needs, resolving scheduling conflicts, and proactively addressing administrative challenges.

Cross-Functional Support & Departmental Support

  • Provide administrative coordination and scheduling support across key functions as needed.
  • Support vendor onboarding, tracking, compliance documentation, and payment processing.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, and other teams to ensure smooth administrative execution of leadership-related activities.
  • Foster strong working relationships across departments to support consistent execution and alignment.

Operational Effectiveness & Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency across administrative workflows, including templates, scheduling practices, documentation, and communication processes.
  • Apply independent judgment when managing competing priorities and sensitive matters.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative operations supporting leadership.

Culture, Engagement & Operations

  • Support leadership engagement and employee experience initiatives.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics and internal coordination.
  • Maintain organizational charts and Distribution Lists for Europe & International.
  • Contribute to a positive, well-coordinated leadership culture across the organization.

  • Extensive experience providing executive administrative support to senior leaders including c-suite level.
  • Demonstrated ability to support multiple executives simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and independent judgment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to build effective, professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • High proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration.

Additional Information

  • Occasional global travel may be required with this role.
  • This role is based in Northwich / hybrid
