We're looking for an exceptional organiser who thrives on creating seamless experiences, whether that's coordinating a leadership event for 100 attendees, managing a high-profile virtual client session, or keeping senior consultants one step ahead of their busy schedules.
At Korn Ferry, you'll play a central role in the business, combining Executive Assistant support with end-to-end event delivery. From virtual webinars and leadership roundtables to in-person client events and workshops, you'll be trusted to ensure every detail is flawlessly executed.

What You'll Be Doing
Delivering Outstanding Events
- Events are a key part of this role and you'll take ownership from planning through to execution.
- Coordinate virtual, hybrid and face-to-face client events, workshops, leadership sessions and networking activities
- Manage invitations, registrations, attendee communications and event logistics
- Liaise with venues, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate catering, room layouts, presentation materials and AV requirements
- Support speakers and presenters before and during events
- Act as the go-to person on event day, ensuring a first-class experience for attendees

Supporting Senior Consultants & Leaders
- Manage complex diaries and schedules across multiple time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Organise client meetings, workshops and leadership sessions
- Act as a trusted point of contact for colleagues, clients and external partners
- Anticipate needs, solve problems and keep priorities moving
Keeping the Business Running Smoothly
- Support project and business administration activities
- Process expenses, invoices and financial documentation
- Produce high-quality presentations, reports and client materials
- Maintain databases, project records and business systems
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

What You'll Bring
- Experience in Executive Assistant, Events Coordinator or business support roles
- A proven ability to coordinate successful virtual and in-person events
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders within a professional services environment
- Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
