Executive Assistant
Location: Uxbridge
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior leadership, ensuring the smooth running of daily activities and managing sensitive information with discretion.
What You’ll Do
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel and logistics
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, briefing papers and meeting materials
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes and track actions
- Manage correspondence, expenses and annual leave administration
- Organise customer, VIP and site visits
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Provide administrative support across the wider team as required

What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Experience handling confidential information
