We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide first-class support to one or more members of our Executive team.
This is a fast-paced and high-profile role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of executive operations, acting as a central point of coordination across the business.
You will be a trusted partner, handling sensitive information with discretion while managing complex schedules and building strong relationships both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide confidential, proactive support to senior executives
- Manage complex and ever-changing diaries, including coordinating meetings across multiple time zones
- Arrange business travel in line with company policy
- Oversee and manage executive email inboxes
- Liaise with senior stakeholders, clients, and business contacts
- Organise and coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and venue arrangements
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Support ad hoc projects and wider team activities
Financial & Administrative Duties
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices
- Manage expenses, including credit card reconciliation
- Administer corporate credit card accounts (set-up, queries, statements)
- Support vendor onboarding processes
- Maintain office supplies and assist with general administration

About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings exceptional organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
Essential
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
- Experience supporting senior leaders with complex diary management
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field
