C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for a prestigious and highly successful investment management firm based in the heart of the West End.
This Executive Assistant opportunity offers exposure to an impressive senior leadership team, a broad and varied remit, excellent long-term career prospects, and the chance to be part of an ambitious, growing business. Executive Assistant supporting 2 C-Suite Executives plus back up to team
Salary:
To £70000 + excellent benefits
Hybrid set up:
Initially 5 days in the office (8.00am-5.30pm) moving to 4/1 long term

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:
- Providing comprehensive Executive Assistant support to two C-Suite Executives
- Managing complex and ever-changing diaries, coordinating meetings and balancing competing priorities
- Organising extensive international travel including flights, accommodation, visas, transfers and itineraries
- Supporting board and committee meetings, including preparation of documentation and minute taking
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and managing stakeholder relationships internally and externally
- Handling highly confidential legal, financial and people-related information with discretion
- Providing light-touch support to additional senior leaders across the business
- Assisting with visitor management, meeting room coordination and general office support during the temporary office period
- Anticipating priorities, managing deadlines and ensuring the smooth running of senior executives' day-to-day activities
- Working collaboratively with other Executive Assistants and wider business teams to ensure seamless support
What background and experience are the company looking for?
- Proven Executive Assistant experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders within a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience supporting C-Suite executives, Partners, Managing Directors or senior leadership teams
- Advanced diary management, travel coordination and meeting management skills
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders at all levels
- Strong judgement, discretion and experience handling confidential information
- Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail and administrative standards
- Calm, adaptable and able to prioritise effectively in a changing environment
- Experience within financial services, asset management, professional services or similarly fast-paced sectors would be advantageous
- Positive, proactive and team-oriented approach with a genuine passion for providing exceptional support
