About the Role and Company
Position: Executive Assistant / Office Manager supporting the Co-Founders and Leadership Team
Salary: £55,000 - £80,000 + discretionary bonus
Hybrid set up: 5 days in the office

- Complex diary and calendar management for the co-founders and leadership team across multiple time zones
- End-to-end global travel coordination including flights, accommodation, visas, itineraries, and conference logistics
- Organising leadership meetings, company-wide meetings, offsites, retreats, team events, and dinners
- Executive Assistant support including inbox management, gatekeeping, and stakeholder coordination
- Office management responsibility for the day-to-day running of the London office
- Managing suppliers, vendors, building management, and workplace operations
- Coordinating employee onboarding including equipment, first-day logistics, and team setup
- Processing expenses, invoices, and administrative support for senior stakeholders
- Supporting business operations and implementing effective systems and processes
- Taking ownership of operational logistics to maximise founder and leadership team productivity
What Background and Experience Are They Looking For?
- Proven Executive Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant / Office Manager experience
- Experience supporting founders, executives, or senior leadership teams within a fast-paced start-up environment
- Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong diary management, travel coordination, and logistics experience
- Office management experience and confidence managing operational responsibilities
- A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong judgement, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information
- Comfortable working within a scaling, entrepreneurial, and high-growth business
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
