About the Client:

A global investment firm based in central London. They are looking for a proactive and organised Executive Assistant to join their team.

About the Executive Assistant role:

This is an exciting opportunity to support at executive level and join a successful investment firm as Executive Assistant. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Comprehensive diary management
  • Coordinating complex travel
  • Processing expenses
  • Acting as trusted gatekeeper for the executive team
  • Working collaboratively across the business
  • Ad-hoc administration.
