C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to the CEO & Office Manager for a highly successful, fast-growing hospitality and lifestyle business in London.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to CEO who enjoys combining high-level executive support with office management responsibilities, leadership exposure, international travel coordination, and multi-site operations.

All about the role and company

Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO & Office Manager, supporting the CEO and Senior Leadership Team

Salary: To £80000 + bonus and benefits

Hybrid set up: 5 days

Key responsibilities

  • Own and manage the CEO’s complex and constantly changing diary, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and seamlessly
  • Coordinate all CEO and Senior Leadership Team travel arrangements, including international travel, accommodation, itineraries and logistics
  • Act as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, serving as a trusted gatekeeper and first point of contact for key stakeholders
  • Lead office management operations, ensuring offices are safe, well-maintained and running efficiently
  • Line manage and support admin staff
  • Organise leadership meetings, board meetings and company offsites from end to end, including agendas, logistics, venues, travel and attendee coordination
  • Manage suppliers, contractors, office budgets and facilities-related expenditure across multiple locations
  • Prepare presentations, briefing documents, research and reports to support the CEO and Senior Leadership Team
  • Coordinate projects, track actions and support key business initiatives
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally while maintaining absolute confidentiality and discretion

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to CEO or supporting senior leadership
  • Outstanding diary management and scheduling skills within a busy and fast-moving environment
  • Experience coordinating complex UK and international travel arrangements
  • Previous office management experience, including facilities, suppliers, budgets and workplace operations
  • Experience supervising, mentoring or managing office support staff
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent judgement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Hospitality, lifestyle, leisure, property or high-growth business experience would be advantageous
