Business & Private PA – International Family Office
London | £60,000–£65,000 | International Travel | Flexible Working
We’re partnering with an established international family office to appoint a Business & Private PA to provide dedicated one-to-one support to a UHNW Principal.
Based in London, the Principal has business and private commitments across the UK, Saudi Arabia and Dubai. This is a hands-on, internationally focused role for someone who enjoys being relied upon, taking ownership and becoming a genuine right hand.
The remit combines business support with private arrangements, extensive travel and day-to-day logistics. Plans can change quickly, so you’ll need to be comfortable thinking on your feet, making decisions independently and finding solutions without waiting to be asked.
The Principal is based in London, so you must also be London-based. There is flexibility around where you work depending on their schedule, with time spent between the family office, the Principal’s London residence and remotely. You’ll also travel internationally with the Principal when required, particularly to Saudi Arabia and Dubai.
The Role
- Provide dedicated one-to-one business and private PA support to the Principal.
- Take ownership of a complex and frequently changing international diary.
- Coordinate extensive global travel including flights, accommodation, transfers, visas and detailed itineraries.
- Accompany the Principal on international travel when required.
- Manage business meetings and professional commitments across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate private appointments, restaurants, social engagements, events and personal arrangements.
- Handle day-to-day logistics and resolve problems quickly when plans change.
- Liaise with family office colleagues, advisers, household staff and external contacts.
- Build and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, restaurants and international suppliers.
- Handle sensitive business and personal matters with complete discretion.
- Anticipate requirements and take ownership of requests from start to finish.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
