Unique Opportunity for an Ambitious PA/EA, Business Administrator, or Client Support Specialist
Step into a Project Management role working for an award-winning Executive Search firm in London's West End. This role does not require prior sector experience.
The Role Includes:
- Attending client briefings and catch-up calls, acting as an extension of the team to ensure key milestones are met.
- Overseeing senior-level external stakeholder experience (often board level) from end to end, scheduling interviews, assessments, and ensuring they have a white-glove experience.
- Ensuring all documents sent out to clients and candidates are in the appropriate format.
- Managing the invoicing process alongside reporting.
- EA duties to the Lead Partner including diary management, events, travel, prep for meetings, and expenses.
- Providing strategic support throughout search processes.

We Are Looking For:
- Someone bright, confident, and engaging, with a drive to progress their career in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
- At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced professional setting.
- Ideally degree-educated or equivalent.
- Excellent written and spoken English and strong IT skills.
