Executive Assistant
Global Capital Markets (GCM) | Global Banking & Markets | London
Join a high-performing Global Capital Markets team and become a trusted partner to senior leaders within a fast-paced front office environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to support Managing Directors and their teams, providing seamless executive support while working at the heart of a dynamic global business. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple international locations, coordinate complex logistics, and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team.
The Role
You'll provide proactive support to senior leaders and teams across Global Capital Markets, managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Complex diary management across multiple time zones
- Coordinating internal and external meetings
- Arranging international and domestic travel
- Managing expenses and administrative processes
- Supporting client meetings, roadshows, and events
- Coordinating onboarding activities for new joiners
- Building strong relationships across HR, Technology, Compliance, and Facilities
- Preparing presentations and business materials
- Providing wider team support in a dynamic trading floor environment
What You'll Bring
- Previous Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Team Assistant experience
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders, ideally within banking, financial services, or a fast-paced corporate environment
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
