Location: St George's Hill, Weybridge, Surrey
Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential for permanent employment
Salary: £36,000 per annum (pro rata), dependent on experience and skills
Hours: Full-time, with flexibility. Core office hours plus occasional out-of-hours support and travel.

This position is intended for a recent graduate or someone in the early stages of their career who is looking for their first significant professional opportunity. We are seeking an ambitious, organised and proactive individual who is eager to learn, take on responsibility and develop into a high-performing Executive Assistant within a dynamic innovation business.
About the Role
We are an exciting innovation company operating across the technology, energy and telecommunications sectors. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our leadership team from our private office on the prestigious St George's Hill estate in Weybridge.
This is a fast-paced and varied role where no two days are the same. You will be entrusted with a wide range of executive, administrative and personal support responsibilities while gaining exposure to innovative projects, international business and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex diaries, appointments and meeting schedules.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and detailed itineraries.
- Providing comprehensive executive and personal support to senior leadership.
- Managing correspondence, emails, telephone calls and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Maintaining accurate filing systems, document management and information records.
- Liaising with household support staff, including cleaners, gardeners, maintenance contractors and other service providers.
- Preparing presentations, reports, meeting packs and business documentation.
- Conducting online research and assisting with innovation, technology and business development projects.
- Supporting meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes and following up on actions.
- Assisting with event planning, expense management and general office administration.
- Providing day-to-day IT support using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and other business software.
- Accompanying senior executives on UK and international business travel when required.
- Managing changing priorities and responding positively in a fast-moving environment where flexibility is essential.

About You
The successful candidate will be:
- A recent graduate (any degree discipline considered) or someone at the beginning of their professional career.
- Exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Professional, confident and an excellent communicator.
- Discreet, trustworthy and comfortable handling confidential information.
- Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Technically confident, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software quickly.
- Enthusiastic, positive and eager to develop professionally.
- Willing to travel within the UK and internationally at short notice when required.
- In possession of a full, clean UK driving licence.
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
- Living within a reasonable commuting distance of Weybridge, St George's Hill or the surrounding Surrey area.

Desirable Experience
- Previous administrative, internship or customer service experience.
- An interest in innovation, technology, energy, telecommunications or entrepreneurship.
- Experience using project management platforms or AI productivity tools.
