UK-Based Tech CEO / Entrepreneur in Essex Seeking an Executive Assistant
Location: Hybrid with our Shenfield, Essex Office
Hours: Full time but part time available for the right person.
Are you highly organised, fast-moving, resourceful, and excited by the idea of supporting a tech CEO and entrepreneur across both business and personal life? We are looking for a brilliant Executive Assistant to support a busy CEO and tech entrepreneur with all aspects of day-to-day management.
We are looking for someone who is dedicated, proactive, responsive, and genuinely good at keeping things moving.
You will be working closely with a fast-paced entrepreneur and will be helping manage all aspects of professional and personal affairs. This will include diary management, travel, inbox support, follow-ups, personal admin, bookings, reminders, errands, documents, systems, and generally making sure things do not fall through the cracks.

- Have done this kind of role before and understand what it means to support a CEO, founder, entrepreneur, or senior executive. (Happy for the right candidate to have no prior direct experience however)

- Are highly agentic and do not need to be told every tiny next step
- Are resourceful and able to work things out using Google, AI tools, apps, systems, and common sense
- Are comfortable supporting both professional and personal matters
- Are discreet, trustworthy, calm, and good with confidential information
- Can move quickly without creating chaos
- Are happy to learn new systems and ways of working fast
- Can keep track of tasks, follow-ups, reminders, people, documents, and small details
- Are able to provide light support across at least 5 days per week
- Are ideally able to travel to Shenfield, Essex when needed
- Are very occasionally available at weekends for small urgent things, but not in a stressful or constant way

This is a great opportunity for someone who has already worked as an EA, PA, founder assistant, or senior executive support and is looking for a flexible role with real trust and responsibility.
We are happy to teach the specific systems and ways of working, but you need to come with the fundamentals already in place: organisation, discretion, communication, ownership, follow-through, and the ability to learn quickly.
The ideal person will be someone who can quietly and consistently make life easier, spot gaps before they become problems, and become a trusted support across both business and personal life.
