Location: Knutsford, UK
Contract length: Three months
Start date: ASAP
Pay rate: £17.89 per hour.
Working hours: 7.5 hours per day, plus a lunch break.
Working pattern: This is not a full-time role. The successful candidate will work four days per week, with all four days based in the office.

Based in Knutsford, England, the studio traces its roots to 1989 as Traveller’s Tales and has shipped more than 60 games over 35+ years, played by millions of gamers of all ages around the world. TT Games joined Warner Bros. in 2007, and its most recent release is LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight.

About the Role

We require a temporary worker to provide general administrative support in our Knutsford office.

This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for someone with brief office-based work experience. The role will provide administrative support across a variety of office activities, including finance administration, staff travel, correspondence, office supplies, and catering orders.

Role Responsibilities

  • Processing adjustments to online records systems.
  • Raising purchase orders, processing goods received, and providing general administrative support to the Finance team.
  • Supporting staff travel bookings and expenses.
  • Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
  • Making Post Office trips with outgoing post.
  • Ordering and restocking office supplies and drinks.
  • Collating and placing café and food orders, as well as organizing staff purchases.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Verbal and written communication skills, multitasking, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
  • Confidence using computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Access to your own car and a full driving licence for occasional supply pick-ups. Free parking is available on site, and fuel expenses will be reimbursed.
