Executive Personal Assistant (PA) Intern

Duration: Two-Month Internship (with potential progression to a permanent position)
Location: Remote
Reporting to: COO

About Life of Riley Official

Life of Riley Official is a luxury concierge and lifestyle management company providing bespoke services to high-net-worth individuals, businesses and partners across the UK and internationally. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised, proactive and highly professional Personal Assistant Intern to support senior management with day-to-day operations, administration and executive coordination.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience supporting a fast-growing luxury business while developing valuable organisational, administrative and communication skills.

The Opportunity

As a Personal Assistant Intern, you'll work closely with senior leadership, helping to keep operations organised and ensuring daily activities run smoothly.

You'll gain exposure to executive administration, diary management, internal communications, project coordination and business operations while learning how a luxury concierge business operates behind the scenes.

This is an internship lasting two (2) months, designed to provide practical workplace experience, professional mentoring and career development.

Subject to performance, commitment and business requirements, successful interns may be offered a permanent salaried position upon completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Assist senior management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Manage diaries, appointments and meeting schedules.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and supporting documentation.
  • Take meeting notes and distribute action points.

Administration

  • Prepare business documents, reports and presentations.
  • Organise digital files and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate company records.
  • Monitor shared inboxes where required.
  • Assist with general administrative duties.

Communication

  • Draft professional emails and correspondence.
  • Liaise with members, partners, affiliates and suppliers.
  • Coordinate communication between departments.
  • Ensure enquiries are directed to the appropriate team members.

Project Coordination

  • Assist with ongoing business projects.
  • Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Support event planning and business initiatives.
  • Help coordinate internal workflows across departments.

Travel & Logistics

  • Assist with travel arrangements where required.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics.
  • Prepare itineraries and schedules for senior management.

Confidentiality

  • Handle confidential information professionally.
  • Maintain discretion when dealing with sensitive business matters.
  • Ensure all company information is managed securely.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Working Hours

  • Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, 5 days a week.
  • Flexible working hours to accommodate study or other commitments.
  • Attendance at scheduled meetings, training sessions, and one-to-one reviews is expected.

Progression Opportunity

This internship is designed to identify and develop future talent within Life of Riley Official. Upon successful completion of the two-month internship, interns who demonstrate exceptional performance, professionalism and commitment may be offered a permanent salaried position, subject to business requirements.

Typical permanent salary:
£25,000 – £35,000 per annum
