The Opportunity
We are partnering with a highly respected global investment banking platform seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a team of senior investment banking professionals in London.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-performance environment where you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a leading advisory team. The successful candidate will become a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, managing complex schedules, coordinating international travel, and supporting the execution of high-profile transactions and client engagements.
The role offers significant exposure to senior bankers, international clients, and a dynamic deal-driven environment, making it an ideal opportunity for an ambitious Executive Assistant looking to further develop their career within financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to a group of senior bankers, including Managing Directors, Directors, and Vice Presidents.
- Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, coordinating internal meetings, client calls, and external engagements across multiple time zones.
- Arrange extensive international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Coordinate client meetings, board meetings, and investor presentations, ensuring all logistics and materials are prepared in advance.
- Prepare, format, and distribute presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and other business documentation.
- Process expenses and maintain accurate records in line with company policies.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion at all times.
- Support transaction teams during live deal processes, assisting with scheduling, data room logistics, and coordination of advisers.
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
- Provide wider team support and assist with special projects, events, and business development initiatives as required.

Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or Personal Assistant within investment banking, private equity, professional services, financial services, or a similarly fast-paced corporate environment.
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing demands simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Professional, discreet, and highly dependable approach to stakeholder management.
- Experience supporting senior executives within a demanding commercial environment is highly desirable.
