Salary: £34,248
Hours: 37 hours per week

Are you a highly organised and proactive professional with the skills to support senior leaders and make a real contribution at the heart of an ambitious organisation?
This is a varied and trusted role, working closely with our Chief Executive, Directors and Governance Manager. From managing busy diaries and preparing documents to coordinating senior-level meetings and supporting good governance, you'll play an important part in helping our leaders and Board work effectively.
Worthing Homes is a forward-looking housing association, providing affordable, high-quality homes and services to over 10,000 residents across Worthing. We're a small, ambitious organisation with a strong community focus, and we're at an exciting stage of transformation as we continue to innovate and improve how we serve our customers.
About The Role
As Executive Assistant, you'll provide proactive, high-quality support to our Chief Executive and three Directors, helping them manage busy diaries, meetings, correspondence and competing priorities. You'll anticipate what's needed, keep commitments on track and ensure deadlines are met.
Working closely with the Governance Manager, you'll coordinate senior-level meetings, prepare papers, reports and briefings, take accurate minutes and provide professional support to Board members and senior stakeholders.

You'll also support a range of governance activities, including internal audit, risk management and data protection, while maintaining accurate and secure records and identifying opportunities to improve processes and digital ways of working.
You'll have access to highly sensitive and confidential information, so discretion, sound judgement and professionalism will be fundamental to everything you do.
About You
You'll be highly organised and proactive with the ability to thrive in a busy environment and stay one step ahead to keep competing priorities on track.
With proven experience supporting senior leaders, you'll be confident managing complex diaries, coordinating Board or senior-level meetings, preparing high-quality documents and minutes, and following actions through to completion.
You'll be an excellent communicator who builds strong relationships at all levels and handles sensitive information with discretion and sound judgement. Calm under pressure and with a sharp eye for detail, you'll be confident using Microsoft 365 and digital tools to work efficiently and improve how things are done.
You'll also need the flexibility to attend scheduled evening meetings when required.
