Are you a Team Assistant ready to take the next step into an Executive Assistant role?
Our client, a leading European financial services firm, is looking for a proactive Team Assistant to support multiple Managing Directors within its Investment Banking team. Working alongside a senior EA, you will receive excellent mentoring while developing your skills in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Complex diary and meeting management
- Travel coordination
- Managing expenses
- General team support for the wider Investment Banking division
We are looking for:
- 2β3 years' Team Assistant experience
- Experience within Investment Banking, Private Equity, M&A, or professional services
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A polished, proactive and collaborative approach
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
