About Morpheus
Morpheus is a fast-growing talent business working with some of the most exciting technology companies across the US.
We’re ambitious, entrepreneurial and incredibly people-focused. We care about building a high-performance business, but equally about creating an environment where people genuinely enjoy coming to work and can thrive!
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an exceptional Business Ops & Executive Assistant to Founder & Managing Director to become a central part of the Morpheus team.
This is much more than a BAU role. You’ll be the person who keeps everything moving behind the scenes, supporting the Founder and Leadership team, keeping the office running brilliantly, helping us get the most from our CRM, supporting our marketing activity, organising events and socials, and helping make Morpheus an amazing place to work.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the Directors while also being at the heart of the wider team.
No two days will look exactly the same. One minute you might be coordinating international travel for a Director, the next organising a company event, updating our CRM, helping coordinate a marketing campaign or welcoming someone new into the business.
You’ll have real ownership and plenty of freedom to improve how we do things.
Executive Support
You’ll provide day-to-day support, including:
- Managing diaries, meetings and appointments
- Coordinating international travel, accommodation and itineraries
- Helping organise internal and external meetings
- Managing expenses and general administration
- Keeping track of important actions, deadlines and follow-ups
- Anticipating what the Directors need and helping them stay organised

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
