About the Client:
Our client is an innovative fashion technology firm. They are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant on a 9-month maternity cover contract.
About the Executive Assistant role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fashion-forward, innovative firm as EA to Founder, to cover a maternity leave. The role will include right-hand support to the Founder, alongside additional coordination and admin support for the brand partnerships team. The responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Candidate Specification:
- Previous EA experience is essential; experience within the luxury retail or fashion sector is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive attitude

Additional Information:
- 9-month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave. There is the potential for extension up to 12-months, however this is not guaranteed
- Salary up to £60K, dependent on experience
- Hybrid working, with 1-2 days in office per week
- Soho office location
