About the Client:

Our client is an innovative fashion technology firm. They are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant on a 9-month maternity cover contract.

About the Executive Assistant role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fashion-forward, innovative firm as EA to Founder, to cover a maternity leave. The role will include right-hand support to the Founder, alongside additional coordination and admin support for the brand partnerships team. The responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Candidate Specification:

Additional Information:

  • 9-month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave. There is the potential for extension up to 12-months, however this is not guaranteed
  • Salary up to £60K, dependent on experience
  • Hybrid working, with 1-2 days in office per week
  • Soho office location
