ABOUT US
eostier is a brand group building consumer brands with fully in-house teams, operating at a $20M+ annual run rate. We're now launching our next venture: a premium activewear brand built on one idea: activewear that's functional and flattering at the same time. The best thing to wear to the gym, and good enough to live in the rest of the day.
The forecast: $100M ARR in year one. This role is one of the first hires on the founding team.
THE ROLE
We're looking for an Executive Assistant to be the right hand to the two founders. Literally, not as a job-title decoration. You'll work directly with us daily, with no layers between you and the decisions. Things move same-day here.
This is a hands-on, operationally minded EA role. You're not just managing calendars (though you will). You're the person we hand an objective to and trust it gets done, or that you'll figure out how. We want someone genuinely smart with their own ideas. If your instinct is to think, propose, and push back rather than operate like a robot, you're our kind of person.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

As the company grows, this seat is the natural path into a Chief of Staff role.
What You'll Do
- Run the hiring machine with us: set up job posts, do initial calls with candidates, review proposals, and scout directly for certain roles
- Organize calendars and scheduling across the whole company: team, candidates, partners, manufacturing, operations
- Oversee internal communication channels: handle inquiries, resolve questions, keep threads moving where we can't
- Take objectives and run them down end-to-end: research, dig behind the issue, come back with a report and a recommendation
- Keep us updated daily so nothing important gets lost
- Make sure tasks handed off to the team are executed as they should be
- Occasional travel and in-person work, all expenses covered: photo shoots, partner meetings together with us
What We're Looking For
- Sharp, fast thinker. High intellect is the #1 requirement
- Hands-on: you'd rather solve the thing than schedule a meeting about it
- Excellent written communication. You'll represent the founders
- Highly organized and detail-obsessed across multiple threads
- Proactive: you flag what we haven't thought of
- Comfortable with speed, ambiguity, and autonomy in a fully remote setup
- EA, ops, or chief-of-staff-track experience is a plus. Raw capability beats years
