Executive Assistant to CEO
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a boutique Property Investment firm based in London’s Soho.
This position will primarily support the CEO, ensuring the smooth running of their schedule, priorities and day-to-day requirements, while also providing occasional support to the Finance Director.

This is a fully office-based role, Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CEO/COO calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate related logistics
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including visas, accommodation and transport
- Prepare research, presentations, and briefing notes to support executive decision-making
- Monitor and manage email communications, responding on behalf of the CEO where appropriate and prioritising urgent matters
- Track and process expenses, ensuring accurate categorisation and record-keeping
- Organise internal events, including socials and the annual end-of-year celebration
- Assist in supporting HR processes and policy administration

Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant /Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership within a corporate environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and Salesforce
