📍 Southall
💷 £30,000–£32,000
⏰ 40 hours per week | Full-time
I’m currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to support a Business Director within a fast-paced and growing food business.
This is not your typical EA role. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised and enjoys being the person who keeps everything moving!
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing the Director’s diary, appointments and reminders
- Organising travel and site visits
- Keeping track of actions, deadlines and follow-ups
- Preparing presentations, reports and briefing notes
- Liaising with stakeholders across the business
- Coming up with ideas and finding ways to improve how things are done
- Using AI and technology to work smarter and get things done efficiently
- Supporting the Director across different business activities and sites

A key requirement ⭐
- Fluent English AND an Indian language is essential.
- Hindi would be particularly relevant, although candidates fluent in Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Urdu or another Indian language will also be considered, depending on their overall suitability.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A confident communicator
- Extremely organised and proactive
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Confident using PowerPoint, Excel and AI tools
- Flexible and happy to get involved
- Comfortable working closely with senior management
- A graduate with a bachelor's degree
- Professional, discreet and reliable
