Executive Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support two Legal Directors within a leading global technology organisation. This is a 12-month maternity cover opportunity, working closely with senior legal stakeholders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to two Legal Directors.
  • Manage complex and changing diaries, including scheduling meetings, calls and appointments.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all relevant logistics are arranged.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation and itineraries.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas, materials and follow-up actions where required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Legal Directors.
  • Manage incoming requests and priorities, ensuring actions are followed up in a timely manner.
  • Support with general administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion.

About You

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar senior administrative role.
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders, ideally within a corporate, professional services or similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent diary and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a highly organised approach.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable working independently and proactively.
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms.
