A financial services organisation located in Abu Dhabi.
Job Description
- Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for legal executives.
- Prepare, proofread, and organise legal documents and correspondence.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on legal matters.
- Maintain and update legal records and filing systems accurately.
- Organise travel arrangements and itineraries for the legal team.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for legal proceedings or meetings.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure the department's efficiency.

The Successful Applicant
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in a legal or administrative support role, preferably within an in-house environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
