Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for legal executives.
  • Prepare, proofread, and organise legal documents and correspondence.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on legal matters.
  • Maintain and update legal records and filing systems accurately.
  • Organise travel arrangements and itineraries for the legal team.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for legal proceedings or meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure the department's efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in a legal or administrative support role, preferably within an in-house environment.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
