Executive Assistant / Legal PA – Law Firm
Location: London
Our client, a leading London law firm, is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant / Legal PA to provide high-level support to lawyers and senior stakeholders.
The position would suit an organised, proactive and highly professional EA or Legal PA with current or recent experience working specifically within a law firm.
Please note: Previous law firm experience is essential for this role. Applications from candidates without law firm experience will not be progressed.

Responsibilities
- Complex diary and meeting management
- Organising travel and preparing itineraries
- Managing inboxes and correspondence
- Coordinating internal and external meetings
- Preparing and formatting documents and presentations
- Supporting billing and expense processes
- Liaising with clients, partners and senior stakeholders
- Providing wider administrative and project support
We’re looking for:
- Previous EA, Legal PA, Legal Secretary or similar experience within a law firm
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Confidence supporting partners and senior lawyers
- A professional and client-focused approach
