A highly regarded PE-backed national law firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to C-suite and Partners. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and legal documentation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including minute taking and follow-up actions.
  • Support business development activities, events, and client engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain confidential records and ensure information is handled with discretion.
  • Assist with project coordination and day-to-day administrative support.

About You

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant
  • Experience supporting senior executives or partners within a professional services environment, ideally within a law firm
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented.
  • Open to travelling nationally on a regular basis
