Executive Assistant
Location: Bank Street, Canary Wharf
Role Type: Contract - 12 months
Work Setup: Onsite - 5 days in the office (8AM - 5:30PM)

Who You Will Work With
Our client is a global financial services firm that manages wealth, navigates complex markets, and designs strategic financial objectives. The firm provides risk management solutions across a variety of sectors, emphasising long-term relationships, and innovative approaches to financial challenges.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate complex, constantly changing diaries and schedules, ensuring seamless logistics
- Arrange meetings, events, and travel itineraries, liaising across global offices and time zones
- Act as gatekeeper for communications, managing emails, calls, and meeting documentation
- Prepare presentations and meeting packs, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
- Oversee expense processing and event approvals in line with company policy
- Work collaboratively with the buddy group to provide consistent coverage during lunch breaks, holidays, or absences within the team
- Maintain up-to-date handover notes and provide phone coverage/support to Bankers outside your designated team when required

What You Bring
- Proven administrative experience supporting leaders in Investment Banking, Corporate/Banking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with all levels
- Excellent organisational capability and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Discretion, professionalism, and a "can-do" attitude
- Typing speed of 50 wpm minimum and data integrity focus
- Flexible to work overtime when required
