Do you want to join a global leader in renewable energy infrastructure?

If so, CIP Fund Solutions (CIP FS) is looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders. In this role, you will be a key partner to members of our executive management team, ensuring their day-to-day runs smoothly and professionally.

Role

As Executive Assistant based in London, you will hold a key position both internally and externally. You will be the main point of contact for the senior leaders you support, providing broad, proactive administrative support, managing their calendars, travel plans, and ensuring alignment in their daily schedules.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to:

  • Organising and maintaining the calendars and travel arrangements of the senior leaders, keeping them up to date and aligned.
  • Providing broad administrative support such as managing incoming enquiries, scheduling meetings, and organising and making effective use of their time.
  • Handling various administrative duties in support of day-to-day operations.
  • Handling meeting preparation, compiling agendas, briefing notes and background materials.
  • Providing project support, tracking deadlines, following up on deliverables and keeping initiatives moving.
  • Providing personal assistance and support.

In this trusted and independent position, you will benefit from being part of a small team that cooperates in supporting the senior leaders in their day-to-day duties.

You

You have at least a couple of years of relevant work experience from a similar position in a reputable consulting firm, law firm, investment bank, large international company or the like.

  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment across a wide range of work streams/projects with shifting priorities.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones, supporting senior leaders and colleagues in multiple regions.
  • Ability to lead administrative processes and projects with initiative.
  • A thorough approach with a keen eye for detail.
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
