eSynergy are looking for an Executive Assistant (Maternity Cover) to provide high-quality support to six senior leaders across the business. This is far more than a traditional administrative role. You’ll become a trusted partner, helping leaders maximise their time, manage priorities and ensure key actions and stakeholder relationships are progressed effectively. You’ll be highly organised, adaptable and calm under pressure — someone who enjoys creating structure, building relationships and proactively solving problems before they arise.
Responsibilities:🌟
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling requirements for six senior leaders, balancing competing priorities and ensuring time is used effectively.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, bookings and logistics.
- Organise meetings, events and conference calls, ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning through to execution.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports and meeting materials to support leadership activities.
- Screen, manage and prioritise correspondence and emails, ensuring timely responses and appropriate escalation where required.
- Follow up with clients and key stakeholders after meetings, ensuring actions, communications and next steps are completed effectively.
- Track actions and proactively manage outstanding tasks, ensuring deadlines and commitments are met.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Support ad hoc projects, business initiatives and wider administrative requirements as needed.

Requirements: ✔️
- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role supporting multiple senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset, with the confidence to anticipate needs and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing actions and follow-ups.
- Comfortable working independently whilst remaining collaborative and adaptable.
- A high degree of professionalism, integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
