C&C Search is currently recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant to support 3-5 senior leaders within a successful and growing financial services organisation in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and solutions-focused Executive Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The Executive Assistant will play an integral role in the organisation’s operational foundation, managing complex diaries, coordinating international travel and ensuring that priorities remain on track.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be proactive, discreet and confident managing multiple competing demands. You will anticipate requirements, take ownership of tasks and provide polished, dependable executive support across a broad range of administrative and operational activities.

Position: Executive Assistant

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Hybrid set up: 4/1

Benefits: Pension, healthcare, bonus

Key responsibilities for this position

  • Manage complex diaries for multiple senior leaders, proactively resolving conflicts and coordinating across time zones
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transport and documentation
  • Manage communications, prepare meeting materials and process expenses accurately
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Support office events, special projects and changing operational requirements
  • Collaborate with the wider Executive Assistant team to provide seamless support and coverage

What background and experience are the company looking for?

  • A bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least three years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, administrative or operational support role
  • Proven experience managing complex diaries, international travel and competing priorities
  • Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent judgement, discretion and communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach suited to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with Concur experience advantageous
