Executive Assistant position supporting a board level director in a luxury retailer. This exciting new role is based in Sutton-In-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.

Client Details

My client is a successful family owned luxury brand that are looking for an Executive Assistant to support a C-Suite director in the business at Sutton-In-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.

Description

  • Manage the Director's diary and inbox, prioritising meetings, communications, deadlines, and ensuring the Director is well-prepared for key commitments.
  • Provide proactive executive support by understanding the Director's priorities, anticipating upcoming events and being one step ahead at all times.
  • Coordinate meetings: preparing presentations and agendas and taking action points.
  • Arranging national and international travel which includes visas and accommodation.
  • Act as the Director's primary point of contact, managing relationships with internal teams, senior leaders, external stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • Draft and manage communications on the Director's behalf.
  • Deliver high-quality administrative support, ensuring confidential, accurate, and timely completion of executive and operational tasks.
  • Conduct research and support projects, gathering, analysing, and presenting information to inform decisions and business priorities.
  • Represent the Director professionally, maintaining strong relationships, safeguarding their time, and promoting a collaborative, approachable, and professional culture.

Profile

Requirements for this Executive Assistant position:

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant for a board level director.
  • Experience working for a family run business is desirable but not essential.
  • Highly organised and fantastic attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify potential risks and be proactive.
  • Handle sensitive information.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside the business.
  • An interest in understanding what the business does and the director's responsibility to get full understanding of the role.
  • Can commute to Sutton-In-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire Monday to Friday.
  • Flexibility as and when required outside of hours.
