Executive Assistant – Media & Entertainment

£45,000–£50,000 | London | Hybrid – minimum Tuesday to Thursday in the office | 9am–6pm

We’re looking for a brilliant Executive Assistant to join a fast-growing global media and entertainment group, supporting two of its senior leaders.

The wider group has a diverse portfolio of creative businesses spanning areas including TV and film production, digital content, and entertainment. At the heart of this sits a close-knit central team of around 10 people, giving you the best of both worlds: the feel of a small, collaborative office with exposure to a much bigger and constantly evolving entertainment group.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves being an EA and enjoys a role with personality, variety, and genuine involvement in the business. You’ll support two warm, collaborative executives who value an assistant who gets to know how they work, thinks ahead, and brings solutions rather than waiting to be asked.

What you’ll be doing

  • Taking ownership of two busy, interlinking, and ever-changing diaries
  • Supporting with inbox management, priorities, and follow-ups
  • Coordinating UK and international travel, including changing plans on the go
  • Organising board meetings, events, away days, off-sites, and company celebrations
  • Coordinating industry events, festivals, dinners, and hospitality
  • Building strong relationships with EAs, senior stakeholders, and teams across the wider group
  • Acting as a warm and professional face of the business for visitors, partners, and guests
  • Helping the office run smoothly and creating a fun, sociable, and connected culture
  • Anticipating potential issues and bringing ideas and solutions
  • Handling highly sensitive information with complete discretion

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
