Executive Assistant

Location: London (Hybrid Working Available, 1 day per week in the office)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + Excellent company benefits
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract - 18 months

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership within a fast-paced and dynamic organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working at a strategic level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing full diary and calendar management for senior executives.
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, including arranging agendas, presentations, and follow-up actions.
  • Managing complex global travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence to a high standard.
  • Supporting with project coordination and business initiatives.
  • Managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assisting with event planning, meetings, and executive-level communications.

About You

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives or board-level stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Professional, proactive, and service-focused approach.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
