We are working on an exciting Executive Assistant opportunity with a leading investment firm based in Mayfair. This is a 13-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, with a full handover provided before the start date.

Role
This is a classic EA role supporting a group of senior professionals across Investor Relations and Operations. You'll manage complex international travel, busy diaries, meeting coordination, expenses, and act as a key point of contact for a team that travels extensively across multiple time zones. The role would suit an organised, proactive EA who enjoys building relationships, staying ahead of changing priorities, and working in a fast-paced environment.
