We are currently working on behalf of a highly regarded asset management firm to assist them in their search for a new Executive Assistant to join their Central London based office.

They are seeking a proactive EA to provide a high level of quality support as needed to the CEO and other Executive Committee members.

Duties will include:

  • Coordinating diaries, meetings and appointments, including preparing agendas, circulating papers and taking minutes where required.
  • Supporting with complex travel, and accommodation.
  • Managing venue bookings and event logistics as needed, bringing new ideas for key events.
  • Supporting the BD team as required and maintaining data entry within the teams CRM system.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external queries, responding professionally and escalating matters where appropriate.
  • Assisting with general office administration alongside the office manager where required.
  • Processing and managing expenses.
  • Helping to monitor team deadlines, actions and priorities to support efficient delivery.
