Executive Assistant to Founder / CTO

Incredible deep tech / AI business in high growth mode

Haverhill - on site role

Few EA roles put you quite this close to the future of technology. Supporting a founder and CTO in a business building cutting-edge AI-powered digital avatar technology, you'll be involved in the conversations, decisions and priorities that shape both the product and the company.

You'll have genuine visibility across the business, from product development and commercial strategy through to investor meetings and leadership discussions. It's a position for someone who enjoys operating at pace, solving problems before they arrive and becoming the trusted person who keeps everything moving.

The business is scaling quickly and attracting significant attention within the AI space. That means variety, influence and the chance to work alongside some exceptionally bright people without the layers of bureaucracy that often come with larger organisations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
