Executive Assistant
Mayfair, London | £60,000–£70,000 + bonus + benefits | 4 days in office
We are supporting a highly regarded global investment firm with the appointment of an Executive Assistant to join their London office, based in the heart of Mayfair.
This is a high-exposure role supporting a senior team within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The position will suit an EA who enjoys taking ownership, building strong relationships and providing seamless support within a dynamic international business.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and confident managing changing priorities whilst operating with professionalism, discretion and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Complex diary management across multiple senior stakeholders and time zones
- Extensive international travel coordination and detailed itinerary management
- Scheduling meetings and managing changing priorities within a fast-moving environment
- Expense management and wider administrative coordination
- Preparing documents, presentations and meeting materials
- Acting as a key point of contact internally and externally
- Supporting wider team coordination and ad hoc projects where required
Requirements
- Has Executive Assistant experience supporting senior stakeholders within financial services or another fast-paced corporate environment
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Is proactive, adaptable and confident managing multiple priorities
- Has strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Enjoys working within a collaborative and high-performing teams
- Is proficient across Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
